Obituary for Odessa Blair

Odessa Blair was born in Idabel, Oklahoma, in Red River County, on the Choctaw Reservation in 1920. She was the daughter of Sandy Moreland and Josephine Hall. She lived most of her life in Colorado, first in Pueblo and later in Denver, and worked hard throughout her life, especially as a wife and mother. She was twice married, to Grayton Sanders and Alvin Blair, and had one daughter, Josephine, named for her beloved mother. Odessa spent her life loving her family and loving the Lord! She had a great love of gospel music and enjoyed quoting scriptures, and for over 50 years was a devoted member of her church.
This beloved and revered mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away peacefully in grace on July 16, 2018. She is survived by her daughter Josephine; grandchildren Sandra Jo, David Lynn, Diane Mary, and Susan Lynette; several great-grandchildren; and many loved ones.
